Ramchandra S. Dubhashi
Padmakar was the second son of Ramchandra S. Dubhashi, who inculcated the intrinsic values of life in his children and habits of reading. Some of his books on Shivaji atmakatha, Tukaram are preserved in the Library. During the British days, he was the Principal of the Agriculture College in Pune ; and was known for his honesty and uprightness.
